Sydney and Tian’s Grand Tetons Elopement

Sydney and Tian met online. After several well-placed thirst traps by Tian, Sydney was hooked and they began a cross-country love story and got married in an intimate ceremony in Grand Teton National park in September of 2024.
Together we planned a fun filled elopement day from sunrise to sunset, including a pizza party lunch on a rooftop with all their friends. We started early: as the first light of dawn crept over the dramatic mountain peaks, Tian and Sydney only had eyes for each other.
Then, Sydney’s Grandfather, who has a record of officiating every other one of his grandchildren’s weddings, performed their ceremony in front of the majestic mountains. Sydney & Tian then chose to share their vows privately with one another. We traveled to a little hidden gem spot where they could be totally alone with each other. Tian barely got two words out before she got choked up, which Sydney mercilessly teased her for. And Sydney tried to hide her emotions behind her vow book- very unsuccessfully.
By the end, both shed tears and embraced each other as many times as they could. It was so incredibly adorable and as their photographer, I was so full of joy for them!
In the afternoon, they bought out the entire boat tour on Jenny lake, treating their handful of guests to a relaxing and scenic tour of the mountains. Their day was peppered with moments of belly laughter and obvious expressions of the deep love and care that they have for one another.
