If you don’t believe love is love, then you’re in the wrong place, friend. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and I believe that Black Lives Matter and all are welcome here. Love knows no bounds and I will never discriminate based on gender, ability, sexual orientation, or beliefs. (We might not get along if you don’t like Chipotle, but it’s not a dealbreaker ok?)
I’m sure there are lots of photographers in this world who can take photos as well as me, or at least edit in a similar way. But making beautiful photos of your day should only be half the experience. You need someone you are excited to spend the day with, someone fun. You need to laugh and feel relaxed. You need me. I promise.
I pride myself on making photo-taking not just bearable, but one of the most memorable moments of your day. I will tell jokes that make your fiancé snort-laugh, help your mom take deep breaths, get your grumpy grandma to smile and make sure Aunt Susan doesn’t look as drunk as she was.

How would you describe your photography style?
I don’t like to compare myself to other photographers or put my “style” in any specific box defined by one word because it’s about so much more than just the portfolio. It’s about shooting style, moments captured, and the personality that comes with it. What makes me different isn’t just the images I will get, but the way I get them. I’ll prompt you to interact with each other in ways that make you smile, laugh, tear up, reminisce and more. I want you to look at your couples portraits and remember that time you were giggling because your partner whispered something in your ear, not look back at them and think “wow, this is when our photographer turned our chins toward each other and forced us to laugh real hard.” Don’t worry you guys, I’m not JCPenny or Lifetouch.
Where did you grow up?
Even though I was technically born in Alaska I still consider myself a Colorado native (shhh don’t tell on me!) because I have lived here since I was 5 years old!

Me? Salty.
My snack preferences? Sweet.
What do you like to do in your free time when you’re not working?
I’m raising the most wonderful little human sidekick and that takes up most of my free time, but if you’re lucky that means he might make a special appearance during one of our FaceTime calls when we’re getting to know each other!
