I’m Nina, and I photograph weddings and elopements across Colorado for couples who are more focused on experiencing their big day to the fullest than posing for photos.
When you work with me, you are so much more than a date on my calendar and I want to be so much more than a stranger with a camera. Being able to trust your photographer is key to letting go and being yourselves, and you’ll love the photos all the more for it.
With experience from over 300 weddings and elopements over the past decade, I know that no two couples or wedding days are the same. Show me what your love looks like, and I’ll capture it for you exactly as it felt.
Fun Facts
Where did you grow up? How long have you been in Colorado?
I grew up on a small island off the coast of Norway, where I used to cross-country ski to school in winter. In 2010, I packed up everything and moved to Colorado, and I’ve been in love with the Rocky Mountains ever since.
Favorite genre to read?
I’ve been on a sapphic romance kick recently! There are so many good new authors on that scene: Ashley Herring Blake, Alexandria Bellefleur, Emma R. Alban, Karmen Lee, Hayley Kiyoko, Haley Cass, Jasmine Guillory — I’m hooked.
What do you like to do in your free time when you’re not working?
Beyond the slight obsession with reading, I spend most of my free time hiking, skiing, gardening (I’ve got quite the kitchen garden in my lil backyard), and knitting.
